Homer

Homer

My name is Homer! I was born and bred for field trial racing and lived on an Ohio farm until the age of 4. My tail was docked as a puppy. Most of my life I lived outside tied up to my little apartment. When I started having vision problems, my owner gave me up. Rescued Racers in Missouri took me in and got me to feeling so much better. They put this coconut stuff on my yucky coat to make my skin feel good. The vet says I am vision impaired, but I don’t notice it as I am having too much fun with my new mom. Occasionally, my mom travels and I go on vacation to my foster dad’s house and get to pal around with my old friends. I love running and playing outside and playing with my stuffies inside. When I am really tired, I am a true couch potato and love snuggling up with the humans. Life is really good! Can a dog have too much fun?
